Welcome to Your Content Lab! By booking our studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment:

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us or when you pay for a manually booked session.

Payment: Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. This can be done online during booking or via other agreed methods.

Extensions: If you need more time, extensions are subject to availability and must be paid for before the end of your session.
2. Studio Usage:

Care of Equipment: Please treat all equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage.

Damage Fees: Damage to equipment, the studio, or furniture may result in a fee up to £300 to cover repair or replacement costs.

Allowed Activities: Use the studio for content creation as agreed upon during booking.

Prohibited Activities:No smoking (including vapes).
-
No activities that may cause damage or hazards.
-
Follow any and all instructions given by Your Content Lab staff.

Food and Drink: Please be cautious with food and drinks. Spills must be cleaned immediately. Excessive food or drink that causes extra cleaning will incur a fee.

Fake Tan: The use of fake tan products within the studio carries a high risk of staining. Please take extreme care to avoid contact with furniture, backdrops, and other surfaces. Any staining caused by fake tan will result in a cleaning or replacement fee.

Cleanliness: Please leave the studio as you found it. You may be charged for excessive cleaning.

Responsible Use of Facilities: You agree to use our facilities, equipment, and props responsibly, adhering to provided guidelines and ensuring they are returned in the condition they were received.

External Noise: All efforts will be made to reduce any external noise, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations:Full refunds are provided for cancellations made more than a week (7 days) before your booking.

50% refunds are provided for cancellations made within a week(7 days) of your booking.

No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours of your booking.

Cancellation requests must be sent by email.

Rescheduling:Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before your booking.
-
Requests within 48 hours are treated as cancellations.

4. Conduct:

Respectful Behavior: We have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, harassment, or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other clients.

Consequences: Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the studio without a refund.

5. Late Arrivals:

Please notify us if you are going to be late for your session. Your Session will remain within your originally booked time. Charges will apply for extension of booking beyond this, subject to availability.

6. Liability:

Your Content Lab is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal items or equipment.

You are responsible for your own safety and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

7. Complimentary Equipment:
-
Equipment provided free of charge must be treated with care. Damage will result in an autocharge with a maximum of £300.

8. Privacy:

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By booking our studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.
